Mercadel Basketball is a Premier AAU Club Basketball Program based in South Orange County, CA. We provide a competitive atmosphere for boys and girls 2nd grade to 8th grade who are looking to take their game to a higher level. Join one of our youth AAU basketball teams in the Rancho Santa Margarita area today!

Mercadel Basketball would like to invite you to take part in our Basketball Club Tryouts. Mercadel Basketball is one the fastest growing Training/Club Organizations in South Orange County, CA. We are looking to put together 1 to 2 teams per age group. This gives us an opportunity to focus more on preparing our players for the future on and off the court. Our goal is to make each player better. We focus on developing players ball handling,shooting and footwork skills through our training. Developing these skills will allow students to be successful on the court.

PARENTS PLEASE STAY IN LOBBY AREA. NO PARENTS IN GYM AREA.

TRYOUTS WILL LAST 1 HOUR/PLEASE BRING A BASKETBALL AND REVERSIBLE JERSEY.

Season Starts March 1st 2026

Mercadel Basketball is looking for players who are committed to the program. We are looking for players and parents who would like to make a 3 month commitment.

We will play 2 Tournaments per month or 3 Saturday Showcases per month.

2 PRACTICES PER WEEK

Payment Plan

Skills Clinic

$250/month = This includes (3) 1-hour skills trainings MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND WEDNESDAY AT 5:30PM TO 6:30PM
$50 One Time Registration Fee + FREE T-SHIRT

AAU Club Team

Price: $325 Per Month.

Includes all “Skills Clinic” offerings + 2 practices per week + a minimum of 2 weekend tournaments per month.

One Time Uniform Fee 225.00.
EVERY PLAYER AND PARENT MUST SIGN A 6-MONTH CONTRACT TO JOIN THE CLUB. SEPT-1ST-2024 TO FEB-28TH-2025.
